The search and reunion process is unique for each adoptee. Some may find it extremely difficult, emotional, and/or continuously leading to a dead end. You never know what challenges you will be faced with, thoughts or feelings you may encounter, or what steps to take next. For us, leading up to our face to face meeting was certainly a journey. One filled with excitement, nervousness, and a little divine intervention. We invite you to join us at The Firepit, as we share our first meeting experience.  How did we get here? Such a great question! So, we are two biological brothers born less than 1.5 years from one another. Shortly after birth, we were both adopted into two separate homes. We would both grow up in completely different homes, cities, situations, and knowledge of our birthing story. After more than 30 years, we found one another. Join us as begin to share what this journey has been like. We will share the highs, lows, and everything in-between. This is just the beginning, and we invite you on this roller coaster ride with us.
