It’s shit, but it’s true.
There are actually very few supplements we KNOW work.
There are actually very few supplements you should be spending your money on to aid either your health or recovery/performance.
We’ve all been scammed into buying the latest supplement.
Going with the latest ‘cutting edge’ trends,
D-aspartic acid, testosterone Tribulus, BCAA’s to name a few I’ve fallen for in the past.
