We travel a fair bit for our life and business.  This isn't a complaint.  We're also fully aware these are first world problems.  But they are still things WE have to deal with.  Trust me. I understand how blessed we are. Immensely.  But with that comes different stressors.  Like? Packing anxiety. Do you get it?  Kim does.  Listen how and why and the underlying roots beneath it all.

We LOVE our current home.  We basically designed it exactly how we want through renovations.  Its served us so well.  If you had asked us a year ago if we would ever move, we probably would have said no.  But we've had an energetic shift in our life this past year, and both Kim and I can see, its time we move.  We feel it. We know it.  It was so evident to the both of us recently.

Yes, there is trauma there.  But it's even more.  It's wanting an expansive state and environment and that's where we are going.  Change is good, and necessary,  And the only people that need to fully understand THE WHY is YOU. And we do.

We summarize the episode with an incredible experience Kim had at a women's event for a room full of bankers and how a call and interview with Brendon Burchard was life changing for her.

Alright my friends, this one is a banger. Can I say that at the age of 50?
 
And this may sound a little egotistical, and yes, I'm biased, but this may be our BEST one yet, but I'll let you determine that.

What do I really love about this one? I think you get us in a very honest and transitional phase in our life where we are figuring out more of who we are, more about our spiritual journey, and more about our FAITH & ABUNDANCE and how we are choosing to change our patterns and old paradigms.

We talk about the mantra "We don't do that anymore." and how's it's been important for Kim and I as we learn more about our spirituality.

We cover a lot in this 40 minute episode and we never want listeners to think we feel like we know more or better than the next human.  We're just here to share our experience in the hopes something resonates with you that allows you to improve how you operate or maybe think differently about life that helps you.

This is a meaty 50 minute solo episode where I drop some real truth bombs about expectations that Kim and I not only have of each other, but of ourselves.

I talk standards in life, businesses, relationships, marriage, kids, my friends, and really going ALL IN on as many aspects of my life that I can.

Do your friends inspire you?  Do the relationships you have in your life make you a better human and cause you to level up?  Or do you sit around and gossip with your circle?  Do you leave conversations with your inner circle a better human?  Do you challenge them? Do they challenge you?  What do you learn from each other?

I think these things are important, just like loyalty and trust, and all the things we want from these relationships.

I also talk about my 7 Day Water Fast!   Yup, 7 days my friends, and honestly, was one of the most amazing experiences I've ever done.  It wasn't just physical, it was spiritual too.

In many ways, the Fast for me mirrored how I approach business and other hard things in my life.  I viewed it as a growth opportunity, with immense gratitude, not a punishment or something that I "had" to do.  I never viewed it as being 7 days of no food, I was ALL IN on the process of Fasting and the physical and physiological positive  benefits of it.

It was a GIFT, not something I "couldn't" do or have.  And having that attitude, one of incredible gratitude throughout the process, made it much easier than many would think.

Hard work and hard things typically lead to beautiful growth opportunities, in life and business, but I think we can often live in scarcity rather than abundance.

I do a solo episode and I'm getting a little out there folks!

I've had a massive spiritual and energetic shift this past year.  Partly through external clarity, and partly because of internal work, focus, energy work, and diving deep into my intuition.

I get into chronic pain and my body's manifestation of it as a signal to me about how I'm treating myself and habits that I may need to change.  I've dealt with this for several decades and become really in tune with my body and not only view it as a physical being with physical parts, but as a message centre for my consciousness.  A message centre to let me know when things may need to change in my processes.

I also dive into the impact my personal work, and also Kim's massive shift and transformation she has personally made, and how that has positively impacted our relationship.  it's affecting us, our children, and what we want from our lives.

I'm operating differently.  And it's been needed.  I hope me sharing this can enlighten you in your own journey.

Today you get a solo episode from Kim in which she shares several recent experiences she went through.  This is a very hearfelt message as she continues to overcomes her trauma and move past negative experiences to truly be able to heal herself. 

As she discusses speaking on stage at the Wealth to Wallet event, she shares how she couldn't speak about her story and she stumbled on her words.  Not because she isn't capable, but she believes she has come to a point where she didn't want to identify with her past story anymore.   It's time to move on and be connected to her higher self.
