No, we do not talk NFL Fantasy football draft strategy. :) But it is part of a greater discussion.

We are back in the studio after a LONG time.  And it felt amazing.

We did our last episode in seperate rooms at home and not facing each other and sharing each other's energy and we really felt disconnected. So it was good to be back in studio, it's important to us.

On this episode we discuss officially closing on our house and all the feelings that come from that both personally and professionally.  As you know, moving is multi-faceted, and we both raised both our children in that house, but we also raised our businesses there.  It's full of energy, good and bad, like everything, and it was a lot to process for the both of us.

We also get deep as I personally share some struggles I've been having and I openly admit that Kim is further along on her healing journey than I am.  Sometimes that's hard to admit.  Kim beautifully shares how to have AGENCY over your actions and yourself and the radical responsibility in that.  "No one is coming to save you." isn't a threat or warning...it's simply a blunt statement saying, YOU have control and are incredibly powerful to change the direction of your life.  Support from friend's and your spouse is necessary, but TRUE saving, healing, and growing, that's an internal mission that YOU have to lead.

We end talking about CHANGE. And CONSENT. And how Kim and I have made a recent commitment to aggessively alter some of the things we are doing.  We BOTH had to consent to that change as the first step.
