Symptoms include extreme anger or irritability, anxiety and panic attacks, depression and suicidal thoughts, difficulty concentrating, fatigue and low energy, food cravings or binge eating, headaches, and insomnia. Rachel Fox is here to share her personal story of how PMDD took over her life and how she determined the root cause of this chaos and rid herself of it. In this episode of the podcast, we welcome Bianca Faith Johnson, a true inspiration and daredevil. Bianca's life took a dramatic turn on July 4th, 2017, when she was involved in a motorcycle accident that severed her spinal cord. Despite this setback, Bianca has persevered through months of rehab and continued loss, including the death of her fiancé and mother. But Bianca harnessed her faith and went on to achieve great success. She received her B.A. in English and Honors Business from Queens College, her Juris Doctorate degree from Touro Law Center, and currently, she is a student at Rutgers University pursuing her Masters in Business Administration. Bianca works as a Legal Professional in the areas of Family and Immigration Law and is also an adjunct professor for the City University of New York. On top of all this, she is currently the reigning Ms. Wheelchair New York, USA, and will be competing for the National title this July.
