Florida State scored another legal win in their lawsuit against the ACC in Leon County, Florida. Judge John C. Cooper officially filed his DENIAL of the ACC’s motion to stay, stemming back to the first hearing. He accused the ACC of “forum shopping.” Speculation within the conference realignment news space has brought up the idea that the ACC might be reportedly interested in settling with FSU and Clemson by August.
