In this short episode, I’m sharing the heart behind that decision — why this season is shifting for me, what I’ve learned through the journey of creating this podcast, and where my focus is being directed next.

This space has been a place where I’ve shared pieces of my story, lessons from caregiving and motherhood, mindset shifts, faith, and healing. And if you’ve been listening along the way, I want you to know how grateful I am for you.
