Are there certain times of the day where you find yourself being more creative, inspired, energetic, & productive than other times?
Have you also felt discouraged when there's certain times of the day where you feel blocked, uninspired, and unproductive?
In this episode, I share a powerful tactic in how you can be more productive in getting things done according to your own work flow rhythm.
This isn't a talk about motivation... This is a conversation on how you can and SHOULD take advantage of knowing when and where you work your best and take your most effective action.
I also share the story behind today's topic and how I was led to speak about this idea.

In this episode, I share with you a vital component to your health and fitness journey that could make or break the results you're looking for...no matter your fitness level.
I talk about a concept that is being neglected in the world of fitness, where not many are teaching and preaching when it comes to exercise.
Whether you're new to exercise or not, it is much MORE than a means to an end: getting a sweat in, pushing your body to the max, losing weight, and getting sore.
Exercise is a skill set, mentally and physically, that we must continuously practice, have patience with, and fine tune.

I use to think that I HAD to be and SHOULD be happy and feeling positive all the time. I thought that if I was feeling down with negative emotions or just felt not okay...THAT was not okay. I would get upset and try to force those feelings out.
Can you relate?
In this episode, I'm here to empower you to accept and allow having a down day and not feeling okay.
I share my perspective, 7 lessons I have learned, and 6 actions that have helped me during those low vibe days.

We are conditioned to believe that weight loss should be the goal. It's the norm to use our scale weight as the determining factor in measuring progress within our health and fitness journeys. But I want to encourage you to challenge that conditioned way of thinking. I want to help you realize... the scale really doesn't care about you or your health and happiness at all!
In this episode, I share:
Ditching the scale was one of the best decisions I ever made for my mental, physical, and emotional health.

After just a week of reopening our doors to Anytime Fitness (the gym I work at) and starting our semi-private training sessions, I quickly realized:: getting back into the gym for workouts was just as much of a challenge for people as working out from home was when all of the gyms were closed during Covid-19 Quarantine...
I had multiple clients and members feeling discouraged, defeated, and disappointed in themselves because they felt like they had lost everything they worked so hard for. This was when I knew I had to step up and step in to help them change this mindset.
If this sounds like you - whether you took a break from your normal gym workouts because of mandated closures or because life just happened and you took a couple month hiatus - Listen up!
In this episode, I share with you four *very important* loving reminders to empower you to shift perspectives and to not give up.
