We’re officially on our way! Today marks Day 107 of our 365-day vlogging challenge, and we’re celebrating with a 4-hour road trip to a secret mountain getaway. In this vlog, we’re sharing a sneaky hint about our location, discussing the “cardinal sin” of eating Domino’s pizza when you’re a pizza lover, and explaining how we’re using Trusted Housesitters to make this family trip possible without the high cost of hotels. It’s a bit of a chaotic drive with thunderstorms, heavy traffic, and a very energetic toddler, but we’re so excited to meet the dogs we’ll be watching and explore a new area for the weekend. Thanks for being part of this journey with us and helping us reach this milestone! In this video:Road trip chaos and "illegal potatoes"How Trusted Housesitters works for families107 days of daily vlogging reflectionsA "spicy" pepperoni situation with EverlySneak peek at our 5-bedroom house sit#FrankieNAlex #Vlog #FamilyTravel #RoadTrip #TrustedHousesitters #DailyVlog #TravelPortugal #VanLife #ToddlerTravel Start on Day 1 if you are new here: https://youtu.be/_ydNTMUxuOA We're Frankie and Alex. Today is Day 101 of our 365-day vlogging challenge, and it’s easily the toughest day Alex and I have faced in our seven years as creators. We woke up to every creator's nightmare: our main YouTube channel, FNA Life, has been hacked and stolen. In this video, we share the story of how it happened through a sophisticated sponsorship scam, the impact it has on our livelihood and family, and why this is a massive "setback" for our business. We also talk about:How the hackers bypassed two-factor authentication. The frustration of trying to reach a human at Google/YouTube.Why we might have to make "us" the charity of the month to keep our travels and family goals on track. We are trying to stay positive and "get on with it," but we really need your support right now. Please let us know your thoughts in the comments about our plan for the month, and thank you for being the best community we could ask for.#FrankieAndAlex #YouTubeHacked #VlogLife #CreatorJourney #Day101 We're Frankie and Alex. The reality of our channel being hacked has finally started to set in, and it’s a lot more than just losing access to our videos. In today's update (Day 103), we’re breaking down the actual cost of this hack—from the immediate loss of AdSense to the thousands of dollars at stake with our upcoming brand deals and sponsorships.YouTube is the core of everything we do, and without it, our entire "marketing machine" and livelihood are on the line. We also share some updates on our communication with YouTube support, the stress of "account whack-a-mole," and how we’re trying to move forward with our RV projects while our income is frozen.Thank you all for the incredible support and for being such an amazing community.
