The term self care has been watered down. It isn't about the aesthetics. Self care isn't another task to check off. It is an intentional practice to cultivate physical, mental and emotional well being. Mom's wear so many hats and self care can be a challenge. I hope this episodes inspires mom's to personalize their self care routine. Happy Mother's Day!!!

This week I'm providing a quick life update. The New Year is here and my Hiatus is officially over. My February return landed in March (tech issues). Sorry for the late return, but I promise you its worth it. Sit tight and prepare for an episode centered around grace and understanding for ourselves and others. Enjoy!!
Sooooo I pulled this one out of the vault lol. Typically I record episodes and publish them. I had this one tucked away in the drafts. In the moment I was doubting myself and stressing because I didn't have headphones (sounds silly right). I realized this episode meant a lot to me, I def had to share with the world. Hope you enjoy.
"Long time no hear" . I am back !! This episode is a renewal for this podcast. I started this podcast in January 2022 with no blueprint. I let life guide me, instead of following my calling and intuition. I am reflecting on the blessings I received and getting older. Sometimes we don't realize how covered we are, until those signs appear. So this year will begin with a throwback that sums up the year 2022 for me. Cheers to 2023! Its go , grow and glow sis!
