Homer Simpson once said, “You don’t win friends with salad.” And he was definitely right when it comes to Kirk and Lindsey, who can barely agree on anything when it comes to salad. The two bicker over the best type of lettuce, overrated and underrated veggie toppings, does shredded cheese belong on salad, are croutons necessary, which salad dressings are absolute garbage, and, for the first time in Food Fight! history, Kirk and Lindsey hold a salad-making contest to see who makes the tastiest (and tastiest looking) salad!

2020 is almost over…THANK GOD. And what better way to celebrate the end of a dumpster year and the start of a (fingers crossed) better year than by rehashing some of our biggest and best food arguments! Kirk and Lindsey pour salt over some old wounds and fight (again) over oatmeal raisin cookies, fried mozzarella, brunch, is fruit a dessert, what’s the worst donut ever, olive loaf vs. raisin bread, cold cheese on a burger, and why Lindsey won’t eat Thai boat noodles. Plus they give a sneak preview of next year’s food topics!

It’s the holidays! And the holidays were meant for one thing: EATING. Kirk & Lindsey go over their own holiday eating traditions, as well as traditions from other countries, fight over the best Christmas cookies, debate if peppermint bark is really all that, discuss if a Turkey dinner is more Thanksgiving or Christmas, and completely trash figgy pudding. Happy holidays?

How much do Kirk and Lindsey love Thai food? So much that they can barely agree on it! The two debate if Pad Thai is basic, which is the best Thai curry, is Thai soup worth it, how addicting is Thai tea, is the best Thai food from hole-in-the-wall joints, and then they both try Thai desserts they got for each other, which turns out to be a total nightmare for Kirk.

It seems like everyone enjoys pie, and yet, it’s kind of the neglected child in the dessert family. Kirk and Lindsey dig in and discuss why, along with arguing about which is better — cream pie or fruit pie, does ice cream belong on pie, is eating pumpkin pie in any other season other than Fall weird (spoiler: IT IS), are McDonald’s apple pies actually good, and Kirk freaks out when he discovers that Lindsey has never eaten a chocolate cream pie. (Seriously?)

Lindsey is on vacation, so Kirk’s son Theo has weaseled his way back on the podcast again to take her place and talk about Chinese food! The two debate the value of Panda Express, play the “yay or nay” game with the most popular Chinese meals, argue the proper way to eat a fortune cookie, discuss best/worst dim sum, and the two try takeout from a nearby Chinese joint to see if it will be delicious or a train wreck.

Happy Thanksgiving! Kirk and Lindsey are talking turkey about possibly the most important dinner of the year. They debate combining food vs. compartmentalizing, the best sides and worst sides and are they more important than the bird, what dessert should NOT be on the Thanksgiving table, and Kirk gives the hottest of hot takes on gravy, mashed potatoes, and stuffing. This one gets UGLY!

Frozen dinners get a bad wrap, but is that deserved? Well…pretty much. On this episode of Food Fight!, Kirk and Lindsey dig into the history of frozen dinners, as well as debate Stouffer’s French Bread Pizza, Hot Pockets, Lean Cuisine vs. Healthy Choice, pizza rolls vs. bagel bites, and which frozen pizza is the best. And in “How’s It Taste?“, Kirk tries a frozen dinner that his wife and daughter surprise him with. (Spoiler: It does NOT go well.)

We’re in weird times these days, and in weird times what should you turn to? BREAD. And that’s exactly what Kirk and Lindsey do on this episode. The two discuss what’s worse, olive loaf or raisin bread, is sourdough overrated, rye vs. pumpernickel, are garlic knots the greatest creation ever, and they do a very special “How’s It Taste” that’s a first in Food Fight history!

Kirk and Lindsey get all hot and spicy (kinda?) with the Buffalo wing episode! The two debate whether it’s the best bar food, does wine go with wings, ranch vs. bleu cheese, carrots vs. celery, which wing flavors are straight-up dumb, and Lindsey randomly reveals that she was once in a girl group!
