Phil Conway was on this season of Masterchef, probably one of the most talked about seasons of Masterchef, will it go ahead, won't it and eventually yes it did and what was that like for contestants? Phil has been a long time friend of ours, he's married to one of our best friends, so the banter is real. Phil has come a long way since he first came to Australia and has gone through several careers but has finally pursued his passion and we couldn't of been happier for him. Phil opens up about a life changing trip to Italy and how it changed his life for the better. All he needs now each day are the things that bring him joy, not materialistic things, and you will be surprised how simple it is to be fulfilled every day.
