In this episode I share my nutrition tips to heal your body in summer to stay in balance. Life is nothing short of a balancing act between hot and cold and nutrition plays a big party of it. Put the wrong fuel in your car and you know what happens - it won't work. Your body is a bit more resilient than that, however, education is the key to knowing how to give it the right fuel to get the best out of it.
I am not a doctor, nutritionist or PT however, I do play a lot of sports and train 6 days a week and have done for many many years. I have been blessed with incredible high energy, clarity and vitality and have learned some invaluable things that work for my body that can help you too.
This episode will highlight certain foods that keep your mood, digestion and organs fed efficiently. But don't just take my word for it, be your own guinea pig and have your own experience!
