Footage Foreplay

In this week’s spooky, scary review episode the gang tackles the “Kraziest” OnlyFoundFootageFans assignment yet to decide whether or it counts as an in-world camera hybrid movie, Evan breaks his streak of documentaries (or films that adhere to that structure) to dive into a couple of

On this week’s interview episode the gang was joined by producer, director, and writer Nicholas Payne Santos to discuss his upcoming short film Strange Creatures which will be releasing soon on Arrow Player, Screambox and Crypt TV following a very successful festival run. Nicholas is also behind such films as It Cuts Deep, Uncle Peckerhead, and the forthcoming Bleeding, the latter two which he served as a producer on.

In this week’s review episode, the gang leaps into an OnlyFoundFootageFans pick that they really liked, Evan brings what he thought was a documentary but actually thinks is a mockumentary because he’s unsure what’s real and what isn’t, and Russell discusses a found footage influencer film set in Mississippi and a short that shares a title with one of Raimi’s most famous before Terrell brings it home with four new releases!

This week the gang hikes down the trails of the latest OnlyFoundFootageFans assignment much to their dismay, Evan assaults Terrell's senses with yet another documentary pick: this time about a guy who has sex with aliens, Russell dives into the latest incarnation of a classic manga as well as a new entry in a long running comic franchise, and Terrell brings one of this year's Huluween films that dips into analog horror in addition to slashing into Art the Clown's recently released bloodbath!

This week the gang wrap up their stay at the Hotel Inferno courtesy of OnlyFoundFootageFans before getting into a new batch of movies! Evan does not talk about a documentary... initially, but does so after making Terrell jealous with his review of David Dawson's Firework. Russell compared notes on V/H/S Beyond with Evan and took a movie recommendation from a YouTube comment. And Terrell brought the heat with a rapid-fire rundown of several new releases, including Ctrl, It’s What’s Inside, House of Spoils, Salem's Lot, and Name the Demon.

This week Evan rejoins the show and teases some of the details of his adventure into Florida, Man before talking about - yes - another documentary. Russell disagrees with Oksana about Fantastic Fest feature Body Odyssey. And about Knit's Island. Terrell tiptoes around both Joker: Folie à Deux and Azrael for fear of spoilage. And of course, everyone joins in on the Coffee Table movie assignment of the week, Hotel Inferno 2.
