For Crying Out Loud

Lynette and Stefanie are solo this week taking Facebook questions. First they start out by discussing working out and what the best types of gyms for women are. Then they take their first question in addressing how a guy can avoid falling into a "friend zone" situation. After that, a women needs advice on how to deal with her "man-child" of a husband. Producer Gary then informs Lynette and Steph about the recent twitter feud between Jimmy Kimmel and Kanye.

Lynette and Stefanie are back at it again this week with a brand new episode! They open the show with the unnecessarily large wedding rings on the women of The Real Housewives. Stephanie then goes on to talk about difficulty agreeing with her daughters school administration and what the best ways to handle those situations are. Then Emily Maynard from The Bachelor and Bachelorette calls in to discuss her new jewelry line and her trip to Ethiopia. As they wrap, the two talk about the Breaking Bad finale and Adams recent encounter with Sonny's school teacher.

Craig Shoemaker joins Lynette and Stefanie this week and the show opens with Lynette and Craig learning of their shared obsession with Bruce Springsteen. They go on to discuss how rock stars in general seem to be comedy fans and how jealousy can arise when those stars become friends with multiple comics. Craig then reveals that he has been on a 'news fast' for about 13 years and allows Lynette and Stefanie to pepper him with questions about why he believes that is a healthier and happier way to live. The show wraps up with an update on Craig's father.

Stefanie opens up this solo show with her and Lynette by telling everyone about an upcoming interview she's got planned for her Nick show 'Parental Discretion with Stefanie Wilder Taylor'. Stefanie then moves on to discussing a blog post she recently wrote about the decisions her daughter Matilda has been making and thanks the For Crying Out Loud community for being exceedingly supportive of that post and the message therein. Stefanie then tells a story about Matilda's new school and a tardiness incident that took place very early in Matilda's Kindergarden class. Even after some time has passed, Stefanie is very very frustrated with Matilda's teacher and talks with Lynette to try and get some perspective from a mommy friend. Lynette also shares the current book she's reading on grit and raising kids. To wrap the show up the ladies take Facebook questions and address a recent story told on The Adam Carolla Show about Olga giving Natalia a spanking.

The show opens with Lynette telling a story about a frustration she's been having with some extended family members. After also explaining the trouble we all had getting to the shop for this episode, Elby jumps in the studio and joins her mom and Lynette for a few minutes to talk about what has been going on in her week. They also discuss scabies which Natalia is currently suffering from and Stefanie's girls all give their opinions on music today.

Lynette and Stefanie are back at it again, this week we open the show talking about a teenage girl who murdered her mother. As the conversation progresses it turns to a wider discussion about mental health in America with Stefanie and Lynette discussing personal experiences they've had with family members in the system. Then we take your Facebook questions on a variety of topics to wrap up the show.

Lynette and Stefanie are back together with a brand new episode! We again apologize for the reruns, and the show opens with Lynette telling an extended story about some arguments she and Adam have been going through lately and how that led to us missing a few shows. They also briefly touch on the start of kids school and tell everyone about a great new sponsor we're all using.

Lynette & Stefanie start off the show talking about the plans they have for Halloween in the week to come. Then Lynette's friend Tiffany joins the show. Tiffany Neciosup-Paz came into Lynette's life as her hairdresser and Lynette was eager to get her onto the show to share her extremely interesting stories about being a foster parent. Aside from adopting their two adorable daughters seen in the pictures below they've had 27 foster children in the last 3 years and the stories to go with them, as well as insight into a more temporary form of foster care known as respite care.

Stefanie is out this week working hard on her very exciting new Nickelodeon show 'Parental Discretion with Stefanie Wilder-Taylor' so we asked good old Dr. Spaz and Ray Oldhafer to sit in with Lynette. Along with taking quite a few listener questions for Dr. Bruce, Ray and Bruce reminisce about the time that Ray broke Bruce's arm & Lynette dispels some fears that she's heard from fans. Oh, and shockingly, some Springsteen talk as well.. Enjoy!

After our last show with Susanna Brisk a conversation started about sex and it was so good that we decided it needed to be a podcast. The conversation gets very deep as Stefanie, Lynette and Susanna have a very honest and frank conversation about sex in a way you don't often get to hear.
