You know when you willingly choose the path that leads to less than desirable outcomes?
When you know what you're choosing won't feel good in the morning and doesn't necessarily make you feel proud of the decision?

But you do it anyways.
And sometimes you vow not to do it again...and then you do..

Yup, that happens. It's human. It's life. We aren't always going to make the decisions that are for our highest good and we might know this and STILL make the decision.
And this episode is to remind that it's okay. To let go of the self beat-up. To know that this doesn't make you any less of a person, any less worthy, or any less loved.
I believe in you. I know there will come a day when you stop this pattern. It is all okay.

There's a lot going on with the New Moon and Mercury Retrograde right now and it's causing a lot of emotions for a lot of people.

However... whether you are following the planets or not, you are a woman with a lot of emotions and you need no reasoning as to why you are super emotional.
Never feel like you need to validate or prove yourself when you are emotional.
Just be. Be with it. Allow it. Don't fight it.
And don't let anyone make you feel like you are wrong or annoying or too much if you are emotional.
Give yourself the things you need right now and be patient with yourself. This will pass.

That moment when you're right about to eat something and the thought creeps in...'what if this makes me gain weight?!'

When I was in the depths of my eating disorder, I used to literally think that after eating 1 oreo I could see a new layer of fat on my stomach. It simply does not work that way.

You are safe to eat.
You are safe to go through body changes.

You are so worthy of not questioning if you will gain weight every time you go to put something in your mouth!

I just had this moment on Valentine's Day when I was looking in the mirror and having a moment where I was questioning my body and questioning if I was going to let the fact that I didn't like what I saw derail my night...
