There is a ton of fear-mongering happening around food. We are told it is bad to eat all of these different foods and that we should restrict, restrict, restrict.
So much so that we are afraid to eat so many different foods and we don't actually feel safe to do so.
What I have found is that when we can create a safe space for women to enjoy food again, release the shame and guilt that comes with eating certain foods, and actually listen to their body, women create so much more FREEDOM in their life. They can actually exhale!
It is safe to eat your favorite foods.
It is safe to to enjoy it.
It is safe to listen to your body.
If you just need the reminder that it is okay to eat and enjoy and not restrict yourself, this is for you!
