In this episode we have, Professor Thomas Rozdzynski. Thomas is a 3rd Degree Black Belt in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and the head instructor at RŌL Academy of Jiu Jitsu in Illinois. He began his journey in 2000 under the tutelage of the late Grandmaster Carlson Gracie Sr. in Chicago. In 2014, he was promoted to First Degree by Professor Eddie Redzovic and Grandmaster Carley Gracie. This led him to realize his dream of opening RŌL Academy of Jiu Jitsu in Orland Park, Illinois, in 2015, where he shares his knowledge and experience with others.  In recognition of his dedication and contributions to the martial arts community, he was promoted to Second Degree in 2018 by Professor Adem Redzovic and Grandmaster Carley Gracie, and most recently, in 2021, he was awarded the third degree by Professor Adem Redzovic. Thomas is also the host of the RŌL Radio podcast, where he shares his insights on Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and the Jiu Jitsu lifestyle.

Richard is a sixth-degree jiu-jitsu black belt and the author of "Worth Defending".Richard is widely recognized as the first American student of Gracie Jiu-Jitsu and worked closely with Rorion Gracie for almost twenty years. Eduardo Telles is a Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu black belt with over 30 years of experience in the art. He is a multiple-time world champion and is known for his innovative and unconventional approach to the sport, with his trademark "Turtle Guard" and "Octopus Guard" being some of the most distinctive and effective techniques in BJJ.

Aside from his success on the mat, Eduardo is also a respected instructor and has trained numerous practitioners in his own academy 99 Jiu Jitsu in San Diego, California. He is a true ambassador of the sport, having competed and taught worldwide and spreading his passion for BJJ to countless students.
