In Mark 4 Jesus teaches a parable that he says helps you understand all his other teachings, and he goes on to teach the parable of the seed. He equates the kingdom to a seed sown in your heart. When Jesus taught about faith, He emphasized the importance of experiencing God's kingdom. He often used the illustration of the mustard seed to illustrate the connection between faith and God's kingdom, ultimately conveying the message that faith leads to the manifestation of God's kingdom in our lives. In other words, faith enables us to see and experience the presence of God's kingdom in the present moment. Therefore, by embracing and practicing faith, we can live a life filled with the hope and peace that comes from experiencing the reality of God's kingdom every day.

Doubt is a faith killer. Jesus said that all things are possible for those who believe, but he also instructed us to “doubt not.” Doubt is like the opposing force to faith. Doubt chokes the seed of God’s kingdom. Doubt is carnal by nature. Join us today as we discuss how to stay in faith and not let doubt steal our hope.

"Your faith has made you well" - Jesus says a version of this more than half of the times he performed a healing miracle. No matter how you interpret this statement, we have a responsibility in the healing process.

This is a challenging and difficult truth, but he said it. What should we do with this statement?

The short answer is to put all of your trust and expectation in who he is and his willingness to heal you because he is always willing to heal you.

Faith is not what you do to get something from God, faith is your heart's response to who he is. Faith is your receptivity to his will, which is always healing.

When people weren't healed or couldn't perform a miracle, he cited a lack of faith. When people were healed, he acknowledged their faith as a factor.

No matter how we look at these challenging truths, we must be willing to humble ourselves and do the work to enter the rest. The work is to believe, and apparently, according to Jesus, our capacity to believe is something we have control over.
