This isn’t a generic “5 ways you can work through self limiting beliefs” podcast.
Instead, I want you to pay attention this week to any unhelpful thought patterns that regularly pop up.
When you’re feeling frustrated, pissed off, impatient, angry, low etc, take a moment to tap in…
> What are you telling yourself?
> How does that make you feel?
> Where do you feel it’s coming from?
And once you have an answer, sit with it.
Don’t fight it.
Don't beat yourself up.
Don’t jump to some cliche personal development exercise to try and get past it.
Just sit, be still, and accept it.
Too often, we rush to change our thoughts and feelings without truly acknowledging them.
As if it’s some kind of weakness that must be smashed out the park, as far away as possible.
But running away from feelings never solves anything.
Usually only makes things worse.
But once we start to acknowledge them, and accept how we’re feeling, well…
