In Episode 017, Simon talks to Lisa Christensen. Lisa is a purpose-driven and visionary entrepreneur dedicated to problem-solving for more than 20 years, Lisa has been working with hundreds of multinational companies in an effort to transform some of the worlds’ greatest environmental challenges.

Lisa is the brainchild of several social enterprises over the past two decades, and now also consults companies on ways to improve their triple bottom line, aligning people, planet, and purpose with profit.

She founded Hong Kong’s first beach cleanup organization in 2000, which grew into the region's largest environmental event, The Cleanup Challenge, empowering more than 500,000 individuals from thousands of companies and schools to clean up millions of kilos of trash off some of the worlds’ most beautiful beaches. She also founded and ran a multimedia organization with several titles, and verticals across print, and digital - all of which serve to ignite human potential and help people live a more sustainable life, with a healthy mind, body, and soul.

Lisa has been recognized as an ‘Earth Champion’, 'Eco Hero' 'Asia Expat of the Year', ‘The Spirit of Hong Kong’, and most recently had the great honor of being presented with the 2019 Medal of Honor from The Hong Kong Government. Frequently invited to speak and deliver keynotes at global conferences, Lisa has also done a TEDx talk, entitled Inspiring a Purposeful Life.

Lisa believes that we all share a common purpose; to learn and grow in the school of life. And her dream is to co-create a community of like-minded leaders and company’s who want to improve themselves, and the world through conscious collaboration.

In episode 016, Simon talks to Mike Southon. Mike built and sold his own company in the 80s and worked with seventeen different start-ups in the 90s. Two of these companies later went public, while three went broke! Mike is co-author of several best-selling business books, including The Beermat Entrepreneur and Sales on a Beermat. He is also a very experienced entrepreneur mentor, having provided face-to-face mentoring for over 1,000 people in the last 10 years.

In episode 015, Simon talks to David. Dave has recently founded NMD+ a specialist creative and technology consultancy that is entirely focused on the Financial Services industry. We are on a mission to make digital banking better by being relevant useful and truly customer-focused.

Dave Wallace is a true digital native with over 25 years of experience, having started his career by helping Yellow Pages get online in the mid-'90s. He worked to get Yellow Pages online and helped launch Yell.com.

Through-out his career, Dave has been obsessed about ensuring that Brands can connect effectively with their customers through digital channels. His focus on the end customer and really understanding their behaviours and motivations has been instrumental in ensuring true success in developing and implementing digital strategies that are customer and content first in their approach.

Dave was one of the first User Experience experts in the UK. He has consulted to and worked with numerous global organisations as part of their digital transformation journeys, including HSBC, Nokia, Unilever and Nestle. He recently teamed up with Mediacom to help develop content strategies for Lloyds Bank.

Dave's passion for the customer experience led him to found HeathWallace a specialist agency, that helped Banks and other large Blue-Chip clients to deliver customer-friendly digital services to their customers. He grew HeathWallace internationally, with offices in the US, Asia, and Australia.

In 2008, Dave sold HeathWallace to WPP. He remained the CEO of HeathWallace, but also headed up Digital for J Walter Thompson in London, and became part of the WPP digital board. In 2014, he became a founder of Mirum and its global COO. Mirum has become WPP's only Global Digital Network.

Before HeathWallace, Dave was on the executive board of Entranet, one of the first e-commerce consultancies in the UK. At Entranet he helped Zurich through Eagle Star deliver the first direct online insurance platform in 1997 and launched internet banking for the Co-Operative Bank.

In episode 015, Simon talks to Iancu. A philosopher by night and corporate vigilante by day, Iancu covers the extractives industries and supports the development of low-carbon investments as part of the stewardship team at Legal & General Investment Management (LGIM). Iancu joined LGIM in 2017 after working several years in communications and investor outreach for the Carbon Tracker Initiative, a leading think-tank investigating climate risk in energy markets. He graduated from the London School of Economics and holds degrees in philosophy and public policy.

In episode 013, Simon talks to Stefan. As an entrepreneur and founder of various tech companies, Stefan Rust is a multilingual mover and shaker turning cutting-edge technology into commercial success.

In Episode 012, Simon talks to Spencer Matthews. He is the Founder & CEO of The Clean Liquor Co and keen investor in start-ups and early growth companies.
