In episode 001, Simons talks to George Christofis. George is an entrepreneur with a purpose driven eco friendly mindset. He retrained in his 30's after a successful career in media sales that did not drive him and moved him to a more meaningful work in the practice of permaculture. He partners with organic farms, homesteads and eco-villages to promote sustainable living.  

George's disillusion with media stemmed from a strong belief that current economic models reliant on ever expansive growth were outdated and discredited, and is committed to creating a world that respects people's past, cares for the present and protects the future.
