Heal your inner child and set your spirit free with this guided sleep meditation. Through a series of visualization techniques we will revisit the childhood versions of you which hold your trauma and release all that darkness. Once done, you will be able to merge with your inner child and integrate into your higher self. The more you practice this release the lighter you will feel. 

Please note that this may be a challenging process for those with deep seeded trauma. If you feel that it is too much then please pause the session and return when you are feeling stronger. If you need to, reach out to a mental health professional as you may need more intensive support.
