I don't mind so much being in this space anymore because I've trained myself how to get out of them & ITS OK TO HAVE EMOTIONS!!!!!
It will NOT be the last time I have a feeling that are not rainbows & butterflies 🌈🦋 they come & go.
I wasn't really worried of being befriended for good or having a anti-Jenn campaign but I was confused & I WAS triggered and it was a ME thing...
Being triggered can create a inner dialogue that does NOT need to be there regardless of the outcome...
This podcast I want to share because
sometimes the coworker says or does something completed unrelated to you...that you take personal
you didn't get the reaction from your boss, your spouse, your friend you were looking for
you are surprised by an event, a situation, or even you misread it
you feel hurt by some one else's behavior's
You being upset is actually not anyone else's problem AND when you add emotional eating to the mix you just compound your issues 😤
KONW that we are all human & generally the MORE you care about a situation the more you FEEL it
So I wrapped up my experience of being triggered in a combined couple hours
I didn't what to dismiss my feelings...they were there for a reason. It is nice to have a reminder of how far I've come & that there is more work to do, which FYI doesn't mean I have to degrade myself to the lowest of low until I am perfect 😆😉
I took some time to make this podcast to go through things that can create emotional triggers.
that than leads to the emotional eating, the binging, the "whatever" that is for you....that in the end of the day....you know there is a better way
