Did anyone catch any other Rugby players attending the Coronation apart from Tindall and McCaw? Did anyone get Tom's gag about McCaw arriving at the Abbey late, coming in at the side, and getting away with it?
The end-of-season excitement, upsets, and heroics left Tom and Veronique breathless with admiration not least for Brive, Perpignan, and that man Tony o'Bridge, aka A. Dupont.
Stade Toulousain is already qualified for the semi-finals and now has left to play.... Perpignan and Brive. Veronique is raising virtually her beret to Brive! It was such an amazing but heart-attack-inducing game against Montpellier last weekend!
The Top 14 Playoff places are all to play for, and ProD2 is on fire.
Tom is digging out his raincoat for the three-day Sevens-fest landing this weekend at Ernest Wallon, whilst catching the Top 14 action and ProD2 semis. French Rugby is on fire!

Veronique and Tom combine in admiration of the best game the French have put together for decades. With their first win at Twickenham in 18 years, France beat all records in a comprehensive thrashing of the home team.
And yet the French count on England and wish them unlikely success on Sunday.
As the Six Nations draws to a close and a likely crowning of Ireland for a Six Nations Grand Slam, in Dublin, on St Patrick's Day, we raise our beret to a fine vintage of a competition. Enjoy the French Rugby CONNECTIONS Podcast, the rugby podcast with the gallic flair
Veronique and Tom emphasise the quality of the 6 Nations tournament so far, and the excitement of the coming weekend. World Rugby order could be turned upside-down with Italy rampant, France wobbling, and Scotland on a stream of form hoping to put a stop to Ireland's Grand Slam hopes.
Two weeks ago Tom correctly predicted all 7 Top 14 home victories and all 3 6N matches, we allow him a momentary gloat but bemoan any predictability in rugby.
And how Racing 92 vs Stade Toulousain on Sunday night was a match of the year for the Top 14. Enjoy the French Rugby CONNECTIONS PODCAST, the rugby podcast with the gallic twist
Bravo à Bayonne!
Last week's Top 14 delights were headed by an after-the-whistle Camille Lopez winner that keeps Tom's "chouchous aka Darlings" amazingly in the top 6.
Tom predicts 7 home wins in the coming weekend in the Top 14, but all eyes are on the least exciting of the 6 Nations weekends with few reasons to doubt Ireland, France, and England from obvious wins, but Veronique is not so sure about this.....
There will of course be excitement, whence will it come?
