Get to know and keep up-to-date with the Gold Coast Triple M's Flan, Ali and Spida:
It’s the station the Gold Coast grew up with, and in a local nod to its heritage, Triple M today has been officially renamed to 92.5 Triple M Gold.
Flan, Ali and Spida were live this morning from the iconic Burleigh Surf Life Saving Club for the renaming.
It included a look back at how the station started in 1967 and how we have evolved over the years.
Some big name Gold Coasters joined the team: Deputy Mayor Dona Gates, Ch 9 weather and fishing expert Luke Bradnam, Tom Busby from Busby Marou and the Triple M Gold Rush Hour team – Leisel Jones Liam and Dobbo.
It was a BIG morning for a VERY BIG occasion!
