Kenneth Snyder is the owner of Evolution, a salon company with four locations and a staff of 89, in central New Jersey. With a background in fashion, he opened his first salon out of hair school with six chairs. In this episode, Kenneth walks us through how he grew Evolution through investing in education and growing people.
