For many salon owners January is a time of the year where they are getting the team on board for a productive year ahead. 

And a question that often comes up is, “What’s the best way to get the team excited about the year ahead?”  

January is usually a time of new beginnings. It's where you let go of the year before, set goals and launch new ideas for the year ahead. 

But if goals and ideas are to turn into reality, you need to get the team onside and excited about what the new year brings.
