As CEO and co-founder of Diabetes Digital, she leads an insurance-covered telehealth platform offering culturally inclusive nutrition counseling for diabetes and prediabetes. She co-hosts the Diabetes Digital Podcast and co-founded Food Heaven, a platform with over 250K followers and 5M podcast downloads. Jessica co-authored 28-Day Plant-Powered Health Reboot and A Diabetes Guide to Enjoying the Foods of the World and wrote the Diabetes chapter of the Food and Nutrition Care Manual. Her work has appeared in Oprah Magazine, SELF, and Bon Appétit. She lives in Sacramento with her husband and puppy.
