At the age of 22, Darryl Simms dove head-first into the property investment world with no idea what to expect. After a fire burned down half of his first property and troubles arose with his insurance company, things didn’t seem to be going well for Simms at all on the investment side. However 25 years later, Simms is now the founder of Latte Property and his day-to-day life is filled with client enquiries and ongoing investment plans.
