  • 009 Be Careful To Not Over-Schedule Yourself and Risk Burn Out

I was the type of person that strongly believed how busy I was, directly reflected how important I was. But one instance really showed me the importance of taking "me-time", scheduling rest and how dangerous it can be to overbook yourself. I hope by sharing my experience, you become inspired to take a little more time to balance your schedule and your time for yourself.

  • 007 Finding the Right Connection with a Coach

Hopefully it's no secret by no that I am a coach. But I wanted to take the time to talk about the importance of finding the right coach and the right connection with a coach. This is a booming industry, and with that, some… how shall I put this… not-so-genuine (?) characters will be gravitated towards it. And this is why it's so important to do your homework, and to find someone you connect with to help you navigate the changes and transformations you're looking to invest in!

  • 006 Unshakable Optimism in Life Transformations with Lucy Liu

What do you get when you mix two eternal optimists together? This is not a joke - just an amazing conversation LOL! The similarities between Lucy and I were so inspiring. Speaking with her, I felt so seen, heard and understood! And that is so crucial when we're talking about something as huge as Life Transformations, and everything that comes with them. And the optimism that's needed to keep persevering.

  • 005 An Immigrant's Daughter's Thoughts on Don Cherry

This episode was painful to record. I admitted some things out loud that I had never even realized before. Now I want to first-off say: This episode is NOT about who's right and who's wrong, and I do have to admit mid-way through I do feel I get a little bit preachy. But my main focus, my main GOAL for this episode was to share my experience, my feelings, and what it feels like to have people you care about targeted — when a lot of other people don't understand because they didn't grow up with similar experiences. When Don Cherry went on national television to target people who "come here" and don't wear poppies for Remembrance Day, I didn't feel targeted. Because I was born here. But I'm embarrassed to say that I didn't wear a poppy this year. So why didn't I feel called out by his message?

  • 004 Accepting the Gift of Autism with Dr. Ali Griffith

For me, autism is one of those topics of conversation that I feel really passionately about because it's such a polarizing topic, and incredible misunderstood. But I'm also not going to sit here pretending to be an expert about something, just because I see the value behind it. So I'm so grateful for Dr Ali, for coming onto the podcast and sharing her vulnerable, and incredibly honest journey towards accepting the gift of autism with her son. And how she's now using her experience to help so many other families navigate this experience, that not a lot of people are willing to be open and honest about.

  • 003 Grieving Who You Were Pushed To Be

When we talk about personal development and upleveling and growing into a higher frequency, we always talk about the good things. The positive aspects, the importance and excitement that comes with it all. But there's a lot of strength and resilience that's built in the shadow-side of upleveling. And that shadow-side is Grief. There's a lot of grief that comes with this positive work, and I want to talk about it today and share my vulnerable experience.

  • 001 Believe That Entrepreneurship Is Not Dictated by DNA

When I started my entrepreneurial journey, I was really disheartened by this notion that if you didn't have a lemonade stand growing up, or you didn't try to sell all your toys, etc. that you didn't have the "entrepreneurial bone". But what I've learned is that being an entrepreneur takes commitment, and it takes dedication, and like this podcast is called — it takes GRIT. To me, it didn't matter what I grew up thinking about being a business owner, or the fact that I didn't. I had to make the choice to believe that being an entrepreneur wasn't in my DNA, but a choice I could make.
