M. R. Madhavan is the President and co-founder of PRS Legislative Research, a public policy research institution that focuses on making the legislative process in India better informed, more transparent and participatory. Madhavan also teaches an elective on India's Parliaments as part of the GCPP.

Pavan Srinath is the head of strategy and programmes at the Takshashila Institution. He is also Fellow at the Centre for Smart City Governance at Takshashila.
