General Hospital sees the lives of seven leading ladies hang in the balance, teetering on the edge of disaster. The list includes Lois Cerullo (Rena Sofer), Molly Lansing-Davis (Kristen Vaganos), Kristina Corinthos-Davis (Kate Mansi), Ava Jerome (Maura West), Portia Robinson (Brook Kerr), Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros), and Willow Tait (Katelyn MacMullen). Their lives are poised for significant upheavals due to a series of blackmail, secrets, and lies ready to surface in Port Charles.

GH sees Christina Corinthos-Davis' secret meddling with Ric Lansing's (Rick Hearst) brakes lands her in hot water, with the potential fallout straining her newly mended relationship with her sister Molly. Ava Jerome's blackmailing scheme against Alexis Davis appears to be nearing its end, thanks to Damian Spinelli's (Bradford Anderson) hacking skills. This could leave Ava in dire financial straits again. Meanwhile, poor Molly Lansing-Davis is about to discover Kristina's role in the accident that nearly killed their father, Ric on the ABC soap opera.

General Hospital sees Portia Robinson's life is set to explode due to her involvement in the Heather test tampering and the subsequent blackmail by Brad Cooper (Parry Shen). Similarly, Nina Reeves, who colluded with Portia to destroy Drew Cain Quartermaine (Cameron Mathison), is on the verge of exposure. Willow Tait's life may implode upon discovering Nina's part in the plan to drug Drew with ketamine. Lastly, Lois Cerullo's lies about her son, Giovanni "Gio" Palmieri (Giovanni Mazza), are on the brink of being revealed in a dramatic manner, threatening to shatter her life.
