General Hospital rumors swirl around the characters of Monica Quartermaine (Leslie Charleson), Ronnie (Erika Slezak), Liesl Obrecht (Kathleen Gati), Nathan West (Ryan Paevey), and Drew Cain Quartermaine (Cameron Mathison). Ronnie is revealed to be a fraud, posing as Monica's sister. A mastermind of deception, Ronnie is suspected of conspiring with Drew, in an attempt to acquire the Quartermain estate. 

GH also hints at a possible connection between Ronnie and Jack Brennan (Chris McKenna). In a twist of events, the unconfirmed rumors suggest that Ronnie might have past business ties with Jenz Sidwell (Carlo Rota) and Helena Cassidine (Constance Towers). A cliffhanger teases the return of Nathan West, with speculations about his mysterious disappearance and potential involvement with Liesl and Dalton.
