General Hospital sees the truth about Giovanni Palmieri's (Giovanni Mazza) paternity is finally revealed, causing a significant ripple effect through the family. The revelation is expected to evoke a strong reaction from Olivia Falconieri Quartermaine (Lisa LoCicero) as she discovers her best friend Lois Cerullo (Rena Sofer) has been lying to her for two decades on the ABC soap opera. 

GH sees that Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Amanda Setton) reveals that she got pregnant by Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) as a teenager and gave the baby up for adoption. This secret, however, is not kept for long as Lulu Spencer (Alexa Havins) accidentally uncovers it. Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard) finds out about Dante being the father of Brook Lynn's child, which changes the relationship. 

Spoilers for General Hospital see that the explosive secret, which involves Gio is expected to disrupt the lives of Brook Lynn, Dante and their son Gio, who, unaware of his true parentage, believes he is an orphan. This revelation will also have a considerable impact on others in the family who have been kept in the dark for years, including Olivia and Ned Quartermaine (Wally Kurth). The fallout from this revelation is expected to lead to a potential exit for Lois Cerullo, as actress Rena Sofer recently expressed her desire to semi-retire from acting.
