General Hospital hears a rumor that has the potential to change the romantic dynamics in Port Charles. Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna), Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard), and the recently resurrected Nathan West (Ryan Paevey) are at the center of these speculations. The rumor suggests a possible shift in relationships, with Dante Falconeri and Lulu Spencer's (Alexa Havins) romantic future hanging in the balance. 

The General Hospital rumor indicates writers are not planning to reunite Dante and Lulu, causing disappointment among the 'Lonte' fans. The rumor also suggests that Dante and Lulu may be paired with other characters, potentially causing disruptions in other relationships. For instance, Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Amanda Setton) and Chase's marriage may be threatened by the growing bond between Brook Lynn and Dante. 

GH spoilers hint Chase confided in Willow Tait Corinthos (Katelyn MacMullen) about his desire to adopt a child, a plan that was delayed by Brook Lynn. If Willow and Chase end up together, Chase could get his wish of becoming a stepdad. Lulu found Nathan after his vehicle crashed and was taken. This could potentially lead to a romance between Lulu and Nathan. However, fans are hoping for a reunion between Maxie Jones and Nathan once Kirsten Storms, who plays Maxie, returns from her medical leave.
