General Hospital spoilers hint a twist in Anna Devane's kidnapping and the mystery boss storyline take center stage. Anna, played by Finola Hughes, finds herself in a precarious situation as she is held captive. Alex Devane Merrick, Anna's evil twin sister (Finola Hughes) is linked to the kidnapping.

GH spoilers reveal Jack Brennan (Chris McKenna) gives Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard) a dangerous assignment to gather information on Marco Rios (Adrian Anchondo) by getting closer to Lucas Jones (Van Hansis). The identity of the mystery boss who orchestrates the current events in Port Charles has been a source of speculation among the show's fans. The storyline initially referred to a female boss, hinting at the possible involvement of Alex Merrick. 

Spoilers for General Hospital suggest Cesar Faison (Anders Hove) is presumed to be speaking to Anna, but his involvement remains uncertain. Viewers are left wondering if the evil twin Alex, who is believed to have died in 2020, has faked her death and is now running the show. Other potentially resurrected characters include Faison, Peter August (Wes Ramsey), and Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud).
