General Hospital Weekly Spoilers April 21-25: Carly Betrays & Anna Frightens Maxie #gh

General Hospital spoilers for April 21st to April 25th show that Carly Corinthos Spencer (Laura Wright) insists on giving advice to Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) about the referendum and his upcoming surgery, she may also betray an ally.

GH spoilers reveal that Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) confronts Sasha Gilmore (Sofia Mattsson) about suddenly changing her tune about Sidwell (Carlo Rota), suspecting that she might have accepted money from him. Lucas Jones (Van Hansis) decides to give Marco (Adrian Anchondo) a hearing, while Jordan Ashford (Tanisha Harper) and Dr. Isaiah Gannon (Sawandi Wilson) make a significant decision regarding their relationship and Sidwell.

And, more spoilers for General Hospital indicate that Sidwell meets Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn), suggesting she might be a good representation for deception in Scotty's absence. Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) expresses her annoyance towards Emma, and Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) warns the Deception ladies about Sidwell's character. Amidst the chaos, Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Amanda Setton), also known as BLQ, worries about the potential arrest of Sidwell and the subsequent impact on Deception's face cream production. Finally, Trina Robinson (Tabyana Ali) opens up to her father, Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner), about Kai's risky surgery.

Also, spoilers for GH on ABC, viewers will see Lucky Spencer (Jonathan Jackson) giving Kristina Corinthos-Davis (Kate Mansi) some tough love. Willow Tait (Katelyn MacMullen), seeking assistance, turns to Jason Morgan (Steve Burton), possibly for help with the simmering issues between Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell) and Carly Corinthos Spencer (Laura Wright). Carly and Jason clash over Jack Brennan (Chris McKenna) with Jason possibly advocating for Willow, much to Carly's displeasure. Meanwhile, Tracy Quartermaine (Jane Elliot) considers making an offer to Ulrich Sidwell (Carlo Rota), Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) and Lulu Spencer (Alexa Havins) discuss family matters, and Laura Spencer (Genie Francis) is once again on the defensive.

As May Sweeps begin, Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) prepares for a major surgery in LA and Brooklyn Quartermaine aka BLQ (Amanda Setton) expresses alarm over potential adoption issues. In a heartwarming moment, Danny Morgan (Asher Jared Antonyzyn) opens up to Jason about missing his mother, Sam McCall (Kelly Monaco). Molly Lansing-Davis (Haley Pullos) has a caution for Ric Lansing (Rick Hearst) and Cody Bell (Josh Kelly) finds himself needing medical attention. Carly gets news about Sonny's prognosis, and Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) decides to play dirty. The week ends with Christina receiving a big shock and Willow confronting a major roadblock.
