General Hospital spoilers show that Lulu Spencer (Alexa Havins) will have a heated confrontation with Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) and Carly Corinthos (Laura Wright). Fans will also witness the memorial service for Natalia Rogers-Ramirez (Eva LaRue), sparking tension between Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) and Sidwell (Carlo Rota). 

GH spoilers reveal that Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn) will defend Sonny as Marco (Adrian Anchondo) questions his involvement in Natalia's death. Sasha Gilmore (Sofia Mattsson) might be leaving town with Daisy Gilmore-Corinthos (Levi Clark Coughlin), causing distress for Carly.
