General Hospital spoilers see the truth about Gio Palmieri's (Giovanni Mazza) biological parents is set to cause quite a stir at the Nurses Ball. The big reveal that Brooklyn Quartermaine (Amanda Setton) and Dante Falconieri (Dominic Zamprogna) are Gio's biological parents is bound to bring about massive fallout, affecting several people close to Gio on the ABC soap opera.
