General Hospital spoilers show that Willow Tait, played by Katelyn MacMullen, is under suspicion for the attempted murder of Drew Cain Quartermaine, played by Cameron Mathison. While Drew survives the shooting, much to the dismay of Port Charles and fans, questions arise about Willow's possible involvement in the crime. The episode saw several red flags pointing towards Willow as the shooter, raising doubts about her sudden change of heart towards Drew.

GH spoilers reveal that investigators Anna Devane (Finola Hughes), Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard), and Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) are currently pursuing leads on Drew's shooting, with Michael Corinthos (Rory Gibson) topping their suspect list. However, subtle hints suggest that it might be Willow, who was previously furious at Drew, but now appears willing to reconcile with him.

Spoilers for General Hospital indicate that with no solid alibi for the night of Drew's shooting, Willow's actions and reactions arouse suspicion. She was missing from her shift at the hospital during the shooting and returned soaking wet from the rain. Her extreme distress upon hearing about Drew's shooting, despite being a nurse at General Hospital, also raises eyebrows. 

More spoilers for GH hint that Drew is keen on implicating Michael in the shooting, despite his own survival. Willow's agreement with Drew's plan to frame Michael for the shooting hints at a diabolical plot to get rid of both Drew and Michael, thereby securing her chances of getting her kids back.
