With over 25 different methods and tools, he has helped create and launch over 3,500 products, services and businesses across various industries. Bob has studied extensively at Harvard Business School, MIT Sloan School, Northwestern University, and Stanford University. He is a guest lecturer at these same institutions and has experience working with the likes of Dr. W. Edwards Deming and Dr. Genichi Taguchi.
