The short answer to this question: It depends.

It depends on the specifics of your situation and circumstances, there isn’t a one size fits all approach to funding your assets. 

But one thing is for sure, FOMO is dangerous - and it is very easy to get sucked in to that car yard’s ‘once in a lifetime deal’ only to find yourself in a world of financial pain.

This again is where the dual concepts of access versus ownership and opportunity cost that we touched on in last week’s episode come into play.
