When working with emotions, we can drop all thoughts - including all labels - to let the emotion resume its normal "wave" pattern: It comes, it peaks, it subsides. And we breath into and through it. No thoughts, no labels.
Cathrin and Lisa discuss why it's important to communicate what you really want, not just a position you have taken. This requires us to dig deeply into ourselves to understand what motivates our desires. Understanding and communicating this helps us to have fulfilling relationships.
