I’m back solo, open and venerable but here I am for a mini podcast to share with you the top 10 tips to get more passionate in 10 minutes. To find more passion, embrace more passion and live more passion into your life. So, I was thinking about this and as I believe truly know that our passion is our soul connecting with us, I consider myself a guide, a guide you to help you to connect with your soul purpose.

So here it goes my top 10 tips to get passionate in no particular order;

GET PASSIONATE IN 10

1. FEAR – False Evidence Appearing Real

2. Listen to your impulses and follow them

3. Mediate

4. Move your body – exercise – dance

5. Eat well

6. Follow your bliss – Joseph Campbell – do what feels good focus on that good feeling thoughts and you will see that more of the good stuff tuns up - Smile and laugh - Do something that you like, even if it’s a bunch of flowers on your table

7. Make a list of your top 10 passion and narrow it down to 5 – this will be important for a later episode

8. Get really clear on what you want and what you are passionate about and Set your intentions Where focus goes energy flows

9. Love yourself more and honour yourself – be mindful of negative self-talk – photos etc Watch your thoughts not only about you but others

10 . Ask yourself these 3 questions –

• what do you do that makes you lose track of time?

• what is it - that makes you feel free?

• What do you do to honestly and openly connect with yourself ?
