Welcome to Season 3 of our Get Talking podcast! This time around we've decided to try a new format, with episodes coming every week instead. It's a more dynamic approach but worry not: we're keeping the science and the same depth of research as before.
We're starting this season with a series on Sleep Disorders and for our first episode we've decided to discuss a topic that's been requested by our listeners over and over: insomnia. We'll go over the symptoms, how much of a problem it is worldwide, and what we can do to finally achieve a good night's sleep.
