I was amazed to discover from this week’s guest, UK-based professional corporate mediator Jane Gunn,  that over 85% of business cases already in litigation and which then go into mediation are resolved in less than a day. What a huge saving of resources!

Jane doesn’t see conflict as negative. Instead, she encourages us to think of it as a flag pointing to opportunities. Whatever is unspoken is hard to change, but if you know what the problem is, something can be done about it.
