Flags in Ghana are set to fly at half-mast as the country mourns the deaths of the defence and environment ministers, who were both killed in a military helicopter crash. Edward Omane Boamah and Ibrahim Murtala Muhammed were among five passengers aboard the chopper when it crashed en route from Accra to the town of Obuasi.
