The sitting room in Lady Pellatt’s SuiteHistory

Pat explores the history of the castle and who has owned it over the years. The grand estate was the biggest home in Canada when it was built by Sir Henry Pellatt in 1911. The house cost about $3.5 million and took 299 workers three years to build. Today it is open the public and leased by Liberty Entertainment Group.

Pat explores the history Edinburgh Castle, while also reviewing who has lived there over the years. Throughout it’s hundreds of years, Castle Rock has seen many buildings and royalty. As a source of power for both the Scottish and the English, Edinburgh Castle sees many seizes over the years. One of the most famous residents was Mary, Queen of Scotts.

The Debate

Pat and Rebecca debate the paranormal evidence. Visitors claim to see apparitions, shadowy figures as well as being touched by inhuman forces and experiencing quick temperature drops. Some of the most famous ghosts are the Bagpiper Boy and accused witch Lady Janet Douglas. In 2001, Dr. Wiseman conducted an experiment at the castle to explore if it is haunted. Over 200 members of the public were sent around the castle, then asked to record any paranormal experiences. 51% of people in haunted areas reported experiences while 35% in non-haunted areas did. Does any of this mean it’s haunted?

Pat explores the history Conwy Castle. Edward the 1st build this amazing castle and surrounded the entire town with a protective castle wall. Over the years it has fallen into disrepair several times, but eventually it gets refurbished. Over 180,000 people visit each year.

Pat and Rebecca debate the paranormal evidence. Visitors claim to see floating monks, soldiers and dark figures in the windows, smell incense (when none is burning), and hear voices. Listen and make your own choice.

Was the Enfield family haunted? Special guest Bob After Dark joins Ghostly to talk about The Conjuring 2 and the Enfield hauntings, one of the most documented hauntings in history. The Hodgson family claimed to be haunted by a poltergeist from 1977 to 1979. The case was so famous that Ed and Lorraine Warren even traveled to London to try and help.
