On episode 83 (I said 84 but ignore that ;)) we chat with the leaders of Standing Boy Trail system in Columbus GA! The buzz has been generating over these trails in our state and since I have heard such great things we had to get them on to hear the story of the trails, what they entail, and the stories of the individual leaders and their journey in mountain biking. I am super excited to visit this trail system after recording this and hope you are too!

Last year did a pod with the kiddos and they wanted to do it again over Thanksgiving, so I reckon this is becoming an annual tradition.
